Our Claims Process

Although you hope to never use it, we are here for you when you need to.  Report any damage or potential claim to OKE as soon as possible. 

We promise to be here for you throughout the claims process.  First we’ll report your claim to your insurer and an adjuster will be assigned.  Depending on the urgency and severity of your loss a restoration company may need to be dispatched immediately – we’ll ensure that happens.  We’ll follow-up with you to ensure your adjuster has made contact and you’re clear on the next steps in the process.  We’ll continue to follow-up with you to answer any questions you may have and ensure your claim is moved along in a timely and fair manner.  We understand experiencing a loss can be a stressful time and this is our chance to help you when it matters the most.
